New Technology Neurolens! Relief is in Sight!

Headaches? Eye Strain? Eye misalignment could be the culprit.

What is Neurolens?

At least 2/3 of people experience the symptoms of eye misalignment, and that number grows as we shift to remote working and learning.

Even small misalignments can cause painful symptoms, and even small prism corrections can provide dramatic relief. Neurolens patient study, n = 160,000+

“Patients with headaches, digital eye strain, neck pain, fatigued eyes, dry eyes and other symptoms are being helped by this technology unlike anything I’ve ever seen.”

~Dr. Cheryl Everitt

Help us Recycle!

Did you know that the blister packs your contact lenses come in are recyclable? They are! However, due to their small size, they often get missed in the recycle filters and end up in our landfills and waterways despite our good intentions ending up as microplastics in our food and water supply. That’s why we’ve partnered with TerraCycle!

Enter our contest!

HOW: Save your blister packs when you open your contact lenses and enter your name in our drawing when you bring them in to our office next time you stop by.

WHEN: Drawings will be held every other month to win a free frame up to $250!

Where are we now?

As of 05/15/2023 we have recycled 933lbs!

Congratulations on our progress!

Thank You for helping us reach our goal of 500 lbs!

We are now shooting for a new goal of 1000 more lbs to reach a total goal of 1,500 lbs!

Dear Valued Patient,

We hope this letter finds you well and safe. We are thrilled to be open again for regular exams. We have missed you, our valued patient.

Please be aware that we are continually staying up-to-date and fully educated about this pandemic as it evolves and will continue to change protocols to insure that everyone stays safe.

We understand that you have requested a copy of your glasses and/or contact lens prescription to possibly purchase these products on-line, at a big box store or elsewhere. It is absolutely your choice, and if your prescription is still current, we are happy to provide it for you.

With the re-opening of our business, it is our goal to better educate our valued patients about our services AND products. Did you know that almost all of the lenses and frames purchased at May Vision Center carry a two year warranty against scratches and breakage? In addition, we have a tremendous selection of frames and pricing to meet all budgets. Don’t like any frames we have in the office? If you wear contact lenses, please give us the opportunity to provide you with our pricing. Many patients don’t realize our pricing beats most on-line competitors and big box stores! Purchasing from us will allow you to exchange any unopened boxes for different powers and we’ll replace any defective contacts free of charge. In addition, many of our brands come with significant rebates and free shipping!

Please allow us the opportunity to meet all your eye wear needs. We will continue to work hard to ensure that you receive exceptional service and competitive pricing. Now, more than ever, it is important to shop local and make sure the dollars you spend stay in our community. Lastly, we would like to thank YOU for your business and continued support!

Be well and stay safe,

Dr. David May

Masks and Your Eyes

“Since the outbreak of COVID-19, public health officials have recommended the wearing of masks, along with social distancing and handwashing, as a first line of defense during the pandemic. According to a recent review in Ophthalmology and Therapy, this has brought about a corresponding increase in mask-associated ocular irritation and dry eye.” Learn more.
